Shipping and Returns

Flat rate shipping of $9.95 applies on all orders.

Free shipping is available for orders over $150.

All items are shipped via Australia Post from Piara Waters, 6112 in WA.

All orders are tracked but do not require signature on delivery. 

Upgrade to express delivery is available during checkout. Please note that upgrading to express shipping does not reduce the processing time for your order. 

  

Please allow enough time for your parcel to arrive. Australia Post are still experiencing long delays, particularly in WA.

As all of our items are personalised, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations.

 

Please ensure you triple check the details you enter for personalisation as we will embroider PRECISELY what you have written. We can not refund or replace your order if you have made a mistake.
