Where are you located?

We are in Piara Waters, 6112 WA.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can! Use code LOCALPICKUP during checkout. Once your order is ready we'll contact you to arrange collection. 

How can I contact you?

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to have all orders processed as quickly as possible. Ideally we will process your order within 2-3 business days, but as we're a family business things do come up (namely sick children and clingy toddlers) so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to Australia.

Do you take custom orders?

We try to accommodate requests but it's not always possible. Let us know what you are wanting and we'll let you know if we can make it work. 

Can I return my item?

As all of our items are personalised, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Please ensure you triple check the details you enter for personalisation as we will embroider PRECISELY what you have written. We can not refund or replace your order if you have made a mistake.
